Cast your cares upon Him – you’re covered!

It is the official trips that I don’t usually want to miss. From the time I board from my home until the time I return back to my home, whatever I spend, the company reimburses it. May that be conveyence, food, juice, hotel stay, laundry, trip insurance, etc., because I’m company’s responsibility and care, and come under the covering of the company.

When I think of God’s promise from 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your cares upon me, I careth unto you”. I can’t help but to think how much more God has His children covered. He calls His children to cast all our cares, worries and concern upon Him, and come under His wings, His covering, and and He will take care of them all!

I mean, your finances, your needs, your provisions, your fears, your insecurities, your protection, God has covered them all. When you come under His wings, you can rest assured He pays for everything that you’re in need of – just because you are HIS and He has promised to do so!

Instead of taking an auto, I book a cab and get a comfortable ride because my company pays for it. So I relax and travel. I dont think much to spend on food, I know its covered. I eat in full, and just get the bill. I seize to avail every benefit under the company’s ‘covering’. I trust my company and stay at ease enjoying all the benefits during these days. Official trips are those days I enjoy with my eyes closed and don’t even bother to check my bank balance. If a man established company could do so much to their employees, how much more the God of heaven and earth will for His children. The benefits of coming under His covering is for a lifetime. It is beyond thinkable and covers all things!

All that He has, belongs to us. When you get this straight into your heart, you’ll give up your worry and start walking strong and bold, assured and confident!

We forget how privilaged, and covered we are. Remind yourselves again and again that you’re covered, and learn to cast all your cares upon Him. He takes care of us fully. Faith is the bill on which you can claim anything and everything on it. He will meet all your needs, according to the riches in glory. And hear me, it is limitless! In the kingdom of God, everything is reimbursed in double, including your time!

You are under His wings, and you belong to the kingdom of the most High God, you’re a brand ambassador of heaven, and you are His chosen and you’re covered unto eternity!

‘WALK OUT BOUND AND TIED’

“And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin….”
– John 11:44.

Tied and bound both hands and legs, wrapped in cloth, sealed and declared dead! This was Lazarus. Yet, at the command of Jesus this very Lazarus walked out of the tomb ‘BOUND and TIED’!!

What astonished everyone was the sight of Lazarus walking out of the tomb still ‘bound and tied’. Graveclothes still wrapped around. Nothing could stop Him, he came out along with them!

He didn’t need anyone to untie him. He didn’t need anyhelp to raise up. He stood all by himself, still bound. He came out with face covered and body wrapped. That was the Power of God which brought him out just as he was!

You may be tied to your situations, bound by your circumstances. Wrapped by chains of darkness, lay helpless under the Jaws of death. Yet, One word from God is enough to bring you out of all that you’re bound and tied to.

Words of rejection, pain and hurt may have wrapped round you. Darkness may have encircled you. But whatever your condition is, HIS WORD will carry you out along with your sitautions. Whatever has tied and bound you will also be forced to come out. God will push out all that is trying to stop you. Your sitautions will present itself before Jesus.

Lazarus was dead and gone, he wasn’t even alive to believe, recieve or act on the word of Jesus. but when Jesus spoke over him regardless of the condition of Lazarus, he walked out!
You may not have faith, you may be beaten dead by your circumstances. but that won’t stop God! When He speaks over you, regardless of who you are, what you are, and how you are, YOU WILL RISE!

You’ll walk out even with bound and tied straight into the Light. HIS VOICE will draw you out and HIS POWER will carry you into HIS PRESENCE! Nothing by any means will stop you!

I Pray today that whatever is holding you, and stopping you, will walk out along with you into the light, life and liberty in the mighty and powerful name of JESUS CHRIST.

HIS ONE WORD will do ‘GREAT WONDERS’!

“The Good God of Bad times :2020”

Each year adds up to what we would be turning into. Show me the days of your life this year, I’ll tell you what you have become.

We’re one step away from 2021. Looking back, we see the wrestle and struggle through the Life’s journey to come closer to what we’ve pictured in the beginning of this year. But it is God who will direct the steps of the good man. And It’s not always the green pastures and still waters. Nope!

A Good man lead by the Lord will walk through fire, and the darkest valley. He is chiseled by the pain, hurt and grief. He survives the test of famine. He goes through the red hot situations and is left to sustain. He is put in the fire and tested, the fire will burn everything and leave only the residue that stands the test. He is then put through the raging storm where God is sleeping. He is brought out, and saved but within no time He runs away from the fear of Jezebel, tired and weary he tends to give up, but God won’t give up! God has already begun the work, He will not stop until He is finished with him. So He will strengthen His child again. At one point He scatters and remains silent. He is allowed to shift like the grain of wheat. He is trampled with many words by his own people. He is despised and rejected. Thrown into dungeon like Jeremiah. Beaten to dust but not dead. Brought to hopelessness and yet clinging to the last hope.

By the time he goes through all of these, he has become strong, powerful. Pain and hurt resisitive. He has learnt the art of strengthening himself. He knows to rise up after a fall. He is not afraid of fire or storm. He has already passed through them. He knows how to fight the dark, and light it up! He knows to draw strength from his God. He is now a vessel tested, tried and trained to be a warrior of highest order.

He wouldn’t have said yes if he knew the training would be so intense. All it was asked of him was to trust. And yes, he did trust. He held on to whatsoever the consequences that lay ahead.

The end of the year is at hand, it is quite obvious to thank God for all the good things. But instead let’s chose to thank him for all the mess we’ve made, for all the bad things that turned out, for all the hurt, pain, agony. For every situation that left you on the road with no hope, and no one around.

Every situation that looked terrible had come to serve in making you. you might’ve messed up, made a blander, flawed, and at fault, failed and nailed, doesnt matter! God has His own way of turning those things around in favor of you. If a mere man knows how to recycle and utilize even the waste, don’t you think God can do that out of our messed lives?
If you’ve trusted God through this year, then every thing that came around you is to make you!

Take time to dig in, sit and retrospect. Thank God for all the bad times. Look at what you’ve become today!
You’re stronger than you can think of!
Above all, you’re a ‘Class-1 Warrior’ of the kingdom of God.

Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of 2020! Yes, this year has tremendously been challenging, and that’s why we thank you!

Blessed be the name of the Lord!

“THE PRESENT STORY OF CHRISTMAS”

“..When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped Him…”
Mat 2:10 & 11.

It was a silent cold night, the wise men from the east caught the glimpse of a bright star up in the dark sky. They called out for a celebration and rejoiced with an exceedingly great Joy. They followed the star and continued to seek to fulfill this great Joy, until they came to the source of the Joy – Jesus Christ! They not only worshipped Him but also presented gifts unto Him.
The Joy was then complete!!

● A lot of Christians began their journey for the same purpose.
● A few of them were so lost in celebration that they forgot following the star.
● A few of them had their cup of Joy and went back satisfied with just hearing the news.
● A few others followed the star and came to the place where Jesus was. But they were happy with the window view. They went back with a glance from outside.
● Others went in, but got busy talking to everyone else except Jesus.
● But only a very handful of people gazed their eyes upon Jesus and Jesus alone worshipped Him, and presented Him with gifts

Many heard the news, many spoke of it, many celebrated but only a few gifts were seen at the feet of Jesus. Only few made it. Only few got to experience true Joy. Only few encountered the Lord of Lords and the king of kings! Only a few turned to be a blessing to the Lord. Only a few were blessed to kiss the face of Jesus!

Ask yourself: I’m I one among the few?

“JESUS IS THE REASON, IT’S ALL ABOUT HIM. DON’T YOU MISS HIM“

History Maker!

Cornered at the dead end with one side red sea and another side fiercely approaching egyptian chariots, there was not one among millions who could figure a way out. Not even Moses knew what God had in His mind. Only God had the solution. He answered so loud that the generations still speak of it and will continue to speak as long as earth exists.

Your situations may be so strong and challenging, you may not have any solution, or say to it. But remember, the God who split the red sea is the same God we serve today. He will speak to your situations like thunder and write another great history out of it.

‘Give God the blank page of your life with your toughest challenge in it, He will write and the world will read of it’

THE POWER WITHIN

Power is the extraordinary ability to do what you cannot do. It is characterized by a force greater than yourself. God promises all His children the availability of this Power: ‘The Power of the Most High God‘! It is given to all those who depend on God. Sadly, only a handful of people walk in His Power.

Consider the Sowing, the work of the farmer is to sow the seed in the ground and simply wait for it to sprout. The seed will birthout by itself. It holds the potential that caters the Power to ignite the Life giving process in it. In a matter of days, the lifeless seemingly dead seed turns into a beautiful living plant. The Power to regenerate is hidden within the seed. Given the right environment, the seed will sprout out to bring forth life from within.

The key to God’s great Power is not found outside. It lies within the seed of man. The Bible says ‘from deep within him streams of living waters will flow‘. There is a well deep inside of you which needs to be broken and ushered out. The key to break out this well is in the Presence of the Holy Spirit. The Seed lies beneath the ground until something begins to happen within the seed. The Presence of the Holy Spirit is like the ground that covers the seed. You need to tarry in His Presence until the Lord breaks open your well. His presence will provide you the moisture required to open up your ground. The Holy Spirit will sparkle that opening the moment you reach that surface of your release. God has placed Life and Power in the Spirit of Man. To unleash it is to unleash Life & Power which is in you

When your well is opened and released, It won’t be you then; the currents of water flowing from you will control you, will lead you, will guide you. Wherever you walk, you’ll leave behind Life. Whatever you touch, life will flow out of you. The river will flow in it’s full capacity. This river carries the Power of God. GOD planted the Garden of Eden and a river went out from within it to water all the trees and plantations of the Garden.

The Source of Life and power is within you. God has designed it that way! Therefore, desire this Power and Life of God to break out of you. Let it break open. Let it break free. Let the Lord give you your own springs of well that will water your problems, and every dry and dead situations; heal your sickness. Let it water your every small desires, dreams, visions, purposes, and bless the work of your hands. Let the river raise to provide health to your family, financial stability and provision. Let life spring around you in every area of your life like the rivers that watered the entire beautiful garden of Eden. I pray today that this river of living water to spring forth out of you, and let there be an unlimited capacity of God’s power and life flowing from it to all those who are thirsty and dying! Let it be like the waters in the pool of bethsaida that healed everyone who touched it. Let your walk carry the Power of God. Let there be abundance of Life and healing to all those around you!
Amen!

‘Raise up, and desire for a Power filled Life. It is right inside of you. Dont waste your life without availing this Power. There are greater things you can do with it. Ask God to open this well inside of you today. Wait, yearn and seek for its release. It is rightfully yours! Let it flow!

THE GREAT TESTING

“Simon, Simon, satan has demanded to have you sift like wheat, but I prayed for you that your faith may not fail.”
Luke 21:31-32.

Simon Peter was exceptionally dearest disciple to Jesus. His love for Jesus was always a step ahead. Peter walked with Jesus and had a very personal relationship with Him. He knew Him deeper and deeper with each day. But, finally, a day came. The time of testing was up! It was the darkest time of all for Peter. He didn’t anticipate, he neither grasped the severity that lay ahead.

It was scheduled, targeted, for a great blow. The once lovely, wonderful, powerful ministry would come crashing down all of sudden. Peter wasn’t ready. But the time had came!

Satan demanded God that he would have peter for himself to sift like wheat. And God allowed it! The sifting of wheat may be very Painful process but Phenomenal.

The Wheat is separated from its grain by a process of threshing. The edible grain here is loosen from the chaff by either spreading it on the floor and tampering on it. It is then beat with a flail.
This will loosen the chaff from the edible grain. The chaff includes the dust, husks, and impurities attached to the grain.

The second phase is the winnowing. The chaff is removed from the grain by throwing it in the air, where the chaff is blown off by decent breeze and the heavier grain falls back to the ground.
This process will seperate the grain from the unwanted stuff. What is left behind is the purest form of wheat.

The process of sifting is uncomfortable, it is painful, but it is the only procedure for the wheat to emerge free from impurities.

Satan demanded to test Simon through the process of sifting. Job also went through sifting process. It surely is painful, uncertain, tampering, hurting, a process that involves beating and being thrown in the air. Yet, it is the only way of refining.

Testing is a sign of Promotion. It is the door to the next level.

As believers, we all will be required to undergo this process of sifting sometime or the other. Don’t be afraid, dont give up, don’t worry. Jesus will be interceding for you as He did for Peter. He assured Peter of it!

During these times, it might seem that even God is silent. You might be helpless, but not for long. Your destined time will come. When you’re done with the winnowing, you’ll come out in the purest form.

Job recieved his certification, approved from Most High as ‘Passed the test & Promoted‘. He was blessed beyond in double measure. The wavering Peter stood the ground and became the pillar of the body of Jesus Christ.

Remember, only a fully grown wheat will go through the process of Sifting. You’re going through tough times because you’re of worth, you’re valuable, you’re wanted and set for the promotion. So, Hold on! Be assured; your time of testing will soon pass. There will be light, there will be joy, there will be celebration. This time it’ll echo throughout the land!

You’ll be stronger than ever, brighter the before and radiant like the diamond!

Pain is a beautiful Tool!

Every pain is real! 😇 I’ve never battled it before. But it’s beautiful. It makes you limp. Like Jacob. You need Him at every step. You know how broken you are. How helpless you’ve turned into. How terribly you’re afraid of that fear and loneliness. You start counting on Him. You whisper your fears and your pain. You weep and weep until every drop is gone. Your heart beats out for a little ray of light, and yet in darkness and in the valley of death you look upon Him expecting so eagerly, a hand to deliver you. All you do there is just look above, you dont even blink your eyes. That’s desperation!! Only ppl with pain know what it is!

In the belly of the whale, when you battle death and life both in that junction, and you’re surrounded by death, all you do is close your eyes and keep your heart on the altar, waiting for God to break in to your situation and save you. In the den of hungry lions, every move you take is fragile, it can crush your bones and rip your flesh off. You’re filled with fear from around you. You dont even get to move. You dont get to shout either. All you get to do is kneel, close your eyes and hope for the Lord.

I know what it feels to be in the valley of darkness, in the lion’s den, in the tomb and in the belly of the whale. But, it is in these dark places great men are birthed out. Great testimonies are written. Great stories are made. Great God is revealed and where great Victory is tasted. It is the only place where the broken, shattered, the weak, and the lost emerge out powerfully as God’s Generals who turn the world upside down!

‘It is almost impossible to live an ordinary life after meeting the God revealed to you in your pain and brokeness, for you’ve tasted Him and have witnessed His power more than any other man.‘

‘Darkness’ My opportunity to ‘Shine’!

Trust me, walking with God is the most amazing life anyone can have!!
Although it demands a life of commitment and sacrifice; it does come with a price. But once you pay it, there’s only glory in your story.
Your every ashes turns into beauty; Shame turns into glory; Pain turns into Joy; Peace will be your forever friend; every trouble will be an opportunity, Impossible will make way unto the possible, walk by faith gets so strong and clear than your walk by sight.

Shadrack, Meshach Abednago were thrown into a raging pit of fire. Yet, they came out free, and without hurt. The king rose up from the throne in amazement when he saw the fourth person in the fire. The Son of God in glory among them!
The beauty is not in the escape, the beauty in is going through it.

I have unspoken troubles that surrounds me, innumerable worries that haunts me, fear that tries to engulf me, concern that keeps bothering me, death that is ready to swallow me!
Amidst all of the worst fears and best troubles, Jesus walks along with me and I walk out victorious. He is my shield, my fortress, and my rock.
From fear to frolic, I’ve learnt to walk bold, strong and brave into the dark and break out of it. Light shines in the darkness! I shine through the darkness and in the valley of death.

The toughest storm hits me, Yet, I emerge out strongest. I’ve been beaten to dust and yet I’m alive. I laugh at my troubles, pain and death. I taunt at my adversities, for He has taught me to fight my enemies, to tear them apart; to be a warrior, to scatter tens of thousand!

I no longer shun away and fear the dark. I face it with boldness, and walk out with light. Let come all of the hell, I’m so up and ready!!

The Old Rugged Cross

I’ve known the dark, tasted its pain, hit the bottom line, and landed almost among the impossibilities!

I’m left with nothing. Every rope I’ve held gave up. Every land I stood upon gave in, the sun stopped coming, the moon stood by, the stars faded out. Dreams remained as dreams. Every reality is slowly turning into a dream, a fantasy, and darkness seems to have covered me up. All that I lived, loved, trusted and hoped have turned me down.

The only thing that remains is ‘The old rugged cross’. I look into it, I stare at it, and ask myself – How did my life come to this dead end, atlast?
Everything ended here!
The Hope of Israel’s messiah shattered here as they looked at Him intently slowly giving up. Every minute was hard to take in. The Prophecies, Promises, hopes foretold for over generations suddenly sounded to be a lie. The story unfolds mysteriously into a drastic failure, as if all of a sudden somewhere a glitch has brought the entire plan down.

I still gaze at it, my tears rolling down as my hope crashed just like this story.

It was a wrap of a grand spectacular story that went abruptly wrong. Score cards raised, results declared. The hope of the world laid in the tomb. People went back to their normal routines, carrying back the hopelessness, misery; accepting life as it came. They went back lost, shattered, given up.

The tomb was sealed, and the chapter closed. I stood there; and heard the sound of defeat. I could relate it to my life. It was like all of my life’s dreams, goals, promises and hope that had to be rested in the tomb. His and my story turned to be the same.

But, as I was still watching – Out of the dark, dead and sealed, came alive – the Son of God. The Light of which drove away all the darkness of all ages!

I held there, I didn’t want to move. I paused. I saw myself in that dark tomb. I replaced me in that tomb and replayed it again. I wanted to experience that same Power of Resurrection. I was dying and that’s all I know. I replayed several hundred times and told me “this is how I will come up! I will raise out of ashes, I will walk out victoriously. I will shine. Once again there will be light, there will be stars, there will be laughter, the rain, rainbow, and Joy that will resound throughout in the valley of dry bones. Let them hear too and raise up!”

Once again, there will be a season of refreshing. I know it will, and I will wait for it, just as Jesus waited for the 3rd day! My hope will not be cut off! I will join the singing with the restored. My heart will rejoice and sing of His goodness.

The Place where everything ended turned out to be the place where everything started!!
